A: We offer a limited 30 day warranty on all pre owned devices, new devices come with both the store 30 day and the original manufacture warranty.

Q: Can I order online and pick up in store?
A: We are an online store which helps us keep our costs low so we can pass on the savings to our customers, we offer shipping with each of our products.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Customers have a window of 21 days to exchange or return their devices provided the device has not sustained any new damages or defects. We offer both money back and or exchange of products with similar value or the customer has the option to pay the difference for an upgraded device.
